Our Story

Pasco Coffee began with a simple idea: to create coffee that feels thoughtful, familiar, and genuinely good — from where it’s grown to the moments it’s shared.

Founded by Jess and Gary, we’re a couple who has always bonded over coffee. Wherever we travel, we absolutely love visiting new coffee shops — places that feel welcoming, intentional, and rooted in quality. Those experiences shaped how we think about coffee and what we wanted Pasco Coffee to be.

Coming from a background in restaurants, customer services & hospitality we learned early on that the best experiences aren’t rushed or overcomplicated — they’re made with care. That mindset eventually led us to Pasco, Peru, a region known for its high elevation, fertile soil, and ideal growing conditions… it’s the kind of coffee we love to drink and are proud to share.

Our philosophy

Our philosophy is simple: good coffee starts with intention.

That’s why we focus on single-origin coffee from one farm and one farmer, allowing each harvest to reflect its place honestly and intentionally.

We choose to work with naturally grown beans, cultivated with care for the soil and environment. By keeping our sourcing focused and our roasting small-batch, we’re able to highlight the coffee’s natural character rather than overpower it.

Whether it’s brewed at home, served in a café, or enjoyed on the go, Pasco Coffee is meant to feel comforting, intentional, and made for connection.
